Introduction to electric ventilation butterfly valve:

Electric ventilation butterfly valve, also known as electric air volume control butterfly valve, consists of an angular stroke electric actuator and a butterfly valve. It is designed and manufactured in a new structural form of welding a midline disc plate and a short structural steel plate. It is suitable for situations where two positions are cut off. The valve body is made of the same material and processed into a sealing ring. Its applicable temperature depends on the valve body material, and the nominal pressure is ≤ 1.0MPa. It is mainly used as a gas medium to regulate flow or cut off in industrial, metallurgical, flue gas dust removal, environmental protection and other pipelines. Not suitable for industries with high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, etc.

Performance characteristics of electric ventilation butterfly valve:
1. Simple structure, large diameter, light weight, and easy operation.
2. Small driving torque, flexible opening and closing, easy operation.
3. It can be installed in multiple workstations and will not be affected by the medium.
4. Oil seal retaining rings are installed on the valve body, and there is no visible gap between the sealing pairs, resulting in a low leakage rate.
5. The expansion gap between the butterfly plate and the valve body is large, which can effectively prevent jamming caused by thermal expansion and contraction.

Working principle of electric ventilation butterfly valve:
The electric ventilation butterfly valve is driven by an electric actuator to input a power signal, and is driven by voltage to freely rotate the disc plate within a range of 90 °, in order to achieve the opening and closing or adjustment of the medium flow rate. It is particularly suitable for flow regulation and pressure control in low-pressure places such as air or other gases with low pressure. In addition, it is widely used in high-temperature gas and corrosive medium working conditions.
